I’ve been using this Organic Ragi Atta for my daily rotis and dosas. The 1kg pack lasts me about 3 weeks. Texture is fine and consistent, making it easy to work with. While it’s slightly more expensive than regular flours, the nutritional benefits justify the cost. Great gluten-free option that actually tastes good.
