I bought the 1kg pack and it’s been great for my weekly Indian cooking. The flour blends smoothly into batters for pakoras and makes fluffy dhokla every time. Texture is fine, no gritty bits. While I’m not sure how the supreme court ruling on tariffs affects besan prices, this organic flour offers good value at $1.69 per pack. Solid quality for regular use.
