I bought the 1 Kg pack and it’s been great for my morning routine. The poha cooks quickly and has a nice nutty flavor. While preparing it reminds me of my grandmother’s recipes, though I wish the texture was slightly less sticky. Good value for money and keeps me full longer – perfect for busy mornings before my yoga sessions. Much better than skipping breakfast entirely.
