I bought the 1 Kg pack and it’s been a solid addition to my pantry. The millet cooks evenly and has a nice nutty flavor. Compared to wild rice, it’s more affordable and easier to prepare. Great gluten-free option that actually tastes good, though the texture takes some getting used to.
