I bought the 1Kg pack and it’s been great for my daily baking needs. The flour has a fine texture and good protein content, perfect for soft rotis and cakes. While it’s slightly pricier than regular maida, the organic quality justifies the cost. I was looking up nylottery results while baking with this flour – weird combo but the flour performed well regardless!
